🔧 What the Warranty Covers

Your 3-Year Warranty covers:

  • ✅ Motor & Rotation System — Smooth aarti rotation performance.

  • ✅ Sound Module & Speaker — Authentic bell sound system.

  • ✅ Electrical Components — Internal wiring and power adapter.

  • ✅ Flame Mechanism — Auto-flame motion and synchronization unit.

If any covered part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

❌ What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Physical damage, dents, or scratches caused by mishandling.

  • Damage due to electrical fluctuations, short circuits, or liquid contact.

  • Tampering, modification, or repair by unauthorized persons.

  • Normal wear and tear or fading due to environmental factors.

🕒 Warranty Period

  • The warranty is valid for 3 years from the original date of purchase.

  • To claim the warranty, please retain your invoice or order confirmation email.
